On the Farm with Taylor

Emily, Taylor, Bosh, and I went to a Farm near Emily's house to go look for Taylor a pumpkin. We all thought that he fit in with the farm theme very well.
Of course, whenever there is a statue, we have to pose Bosh with it..

Taylor loved to look at all the animals.

Boshie working at Disneyland on the Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters!

Visiting Grandma Rosa's

Taylor absolutely loved Grandma Rosa's kitty. The kitty just couldn't get enough attention.
Playing at the park in Sebastopol was lots of fun. Taylor just didn't want to go home.
Bodega Head was windy and beautiful. Taylor went straight for the water but Bodega Beach is not a swimming beach, very dangerous.
We took a trail overlooking the ocean, but had to watch out for the edge!
Another shot of the trail at Bodega Head with Taylor leading the way.
Of course who would miss going to Bodega and not visit the school house where The Birds was filmed.
We took a short cut through the city, San Francisco, and went over the Golden Gate Bridge.
Taylor making pea soup at Pea Soup Andersen's on the way to Grandma Rosa's.

This past week, we went to the LA County Fair with Emily, Sonny, and Taylor. We barely made it for the dollar. It was crazy. It was very crowded and I can imagine why. We looked at the animals and Taylor loved them. We missed the Pirates show though, which Taylor would have loved. We got ice cream which we're not sure whether it was worth it for the amount of money that we paid for. haha. One thing that Taylor loved was the Winter Wonderland. He played in the snow and even went down his first sled. Emily, Bosh, and I went on it too. I actually did it without hurting myself which is a big accomplishment considering my history. John was then forced to as well. It was fun though.

This summer two of Elizabeth's best friends, Jeanene and Lauren, were baptized! The many friends who supported them along the way were Kelsey Lemmon, Steven Welling, Mike Slagle, Kelli La Roche, Daniel Merkley, Jeremy Tate, and Blake Laidlaw. They are now attending Long Beach State and are active in the Insitute Program there. = )

On September 2nd Sarah and I went to the Hollywood Bowl! Sarah Chang was the violin soloist who accompanied the LA Phil playing beautiful "Sibelius" music. It was a birthday present to Sarah from me and it was a wonderful cultural evening.
